1. Characteristics
A. The gear and gear shaft employs high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, with manufacturing method of
gear hobbing, the thermal treatment of carburising & quenching, as well as gear grinding,
the hardness of gear flank can be HRC58-62, which is high precision and good contact.
B. Compact, light weight, durable lifetime, large carrying capacity.
C. High transmission efficiency, stable transmission, low noise.
D. Easy to dismantle, repair and install.
E. Range of speed ratio: 3.15-7.1
Distance between input shaft and output shaft is from 280 to 1000.
Widely used in the fields of cement metallurgy petroleum and varied kinds of light industrial machinery.
Case hardened and finishes ground to the gear and pinion shaft.
